The two lands

The Nile flows south to north and was a major provider for the Egyptians. Lowe Egypt was the wide land of the Nile Delta, emptying into the Mediterranean Sea. The Two lands were united under a single king, or pharaoh. Pharaoh's were powerful, worshiped as a god, connected to other godss and goddesses, allowed to have multiple wives, and all routes to success were through the palace.
